Freedom of Information
As a public organisation, the College is required by law to publish a scheme that outlines all the categories and types of information that we routinely publish.
We are committed and obligated to make this available to the public and the communities we serve.
The list of information is set out in our Freedom of Information and Publication Policy.
Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, information held by a public authority which has not already been made available through its publication scheme can also be requested.
A response will normally be made within 20 working days and a fee may be charged which will be calculated in accordance with the Fees Regulations.
Please note, the College is not required to release information that is classified as exempt under the Freedom of Information Act or Section 40 for personal data and amendments made by the Data Protection Act 2018.
