If you have been invited to the 11am ceremony, please arrive between 9am and 10am. Your allocated time will be sent to you via email.
If you have been invited to the 4pm ceremony, please arrive between 1:30pm and 2:30pm. Again, your allocated time will be sent to you via email.
There is a car park onsite which is on a first come first served basis. If there are no spaces left, you are able to park on Wapping Road.
You should wear material that is non-slip as this will prevent your gown from slipping. We recommend avoiding satin or silky fabric.
You are required to wear a cap and gown to graduate.
Yes! You will be able to hire Graduation attire onsite.
We expect each ceremony to last up to 90 minutes.
Yes! You will be able to take pictures and pay on Graduation Day without having booked online.
We will shortly be in touch with graduates due to receive their certificates.
To ensure that you receive your certificate, please make sure that your contact details are up to date on our system.

To avoid disturbing other guests, we recommend you take any pictures/videos from your seats. We also kindly ask you to take pictures/videos without the flash turned on.
Please don’t hesitate to approach a member of staff should you need help with anything at all.
Yes! You can turn up to the venue and book on. However, we cannot guarantee guest spaces will be available.
