This course includes basic food hygiene, cooking and customer service. This course will provide you with valuable experience to gain employment in the hospitality sector or to set up your own business.

There are no entry requirements for this course apart from an interest in the subject and the ability to commit to positive behaviours and attendance. However, you will have a 1-1 meeting with a member of our team to ensure this is the right course for you.

If you are 19 years old or over you may need to pay fees for your Further Education studies.
Course fees depend on your age and course level.
You may be exempt from paying fees though, or eligible to pay a reduced fee – known as fee remission.
