This Institute of the Motor Vehicle Industry (IMI) qualification is aimed at anyone working in the retail automotive industry or public service
sector, with hydrogen vehicles.
This qualification has been developed in conjunction with hydrogen vehicle manufacturers, and component suppliers and is essential to ensure the health and safety of individuals
operating around hydrogen vehicles.
This course is suitable for non-technical people such as managers, valeters, parts, sales and aftersales staff, event staff, vehicle recovery personnel, vehicle dismantlers, vehicle damage assessors, insurance companies, vehicle hire companies and hydrogen vehicle drivers. It contains the knowledge of the dangers surrounding hydrogen vehicles (all variations) and the precautions to avoid potential injury

Multiple choice and scenario-based questions and completion of an online assessment through the IMI.
On completion candidates will be aware of the safety implications of
hydrogen vehicles.
