If working with children in an Early Years setting is something that you are passionate about, this apprenticeship is ideal for you. As an Early Years Lead Practitioner, you will take the lead on the provision of care, learning and development for young children within your early years environment.
Through this Apprenticeship, you will learn the essential knowledge needed to work with children in many different early years settings. You will understand key topics in safeguarding, health and wellbeing in children, children’s play and development.
To begin this Apprenticeship, you will need to complete a DBS check. Apprentices without Level 2 English and Maths will need to achieve this prior to taking the End-Point Assessment.
Completion of this Apprenticeship provides opportunity for you to work in young children’s settings such as nurseries, playgroups, primary schools as well as social care settings.
