Co-proprietor of Le Caveau, Skipton from 1997 – 2014.
My current role is to develop student’s Front of House skills in our newly refurbished Grove Restaurant, from laying up the restaurant for service, interacting with customers in either food service or sales. Students are also taught Level 2 Barista skills, which they can use within the realistic work environment which we have created in The Grove.
Our aim at Bradford College is to build and develop the student’s knowledge and confidence both in the kitchen and front of house, thus allowing them to take their first steps in their chosen careers.
