Higher Education Recruitment and Conversion Officer
James Bairstow
Previous Experience
I graduated from Bradford College with both my BA (Hons) Degree and Masters degree in 2015. I had a successful career in corporate sales in managing and IT educational software services.
Being dyslexic, I was never seen as one of the academically minded students in school, but with my higher education achievements and how it played a huge part of my career progression and development, I want people to know that anything is possible.
Bradford College has an excellent higher education program and as part of the HE Recruitment and wider participation engagement team, my passion is engaging with people of all ages. I want to show them the possibilities and benefits of degrees and Higher Technical Qualifications and how they can truly transform lives through education.
